Standard Returns Policy:

We accept returns within 30 days of placing your order for full-price items.
Sale items must be returned within 14 days.
These timeframes apply from the date your order was placed.

Items must be:

• Purchased directly from the HRMN8 website.

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition.

• Returned with all tags, packaging, and hygiene stickers intact.

• Properly packaged using the provided return label.

We do not accept returns of underwear or socks due to hygiene reasons.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

UK RETURNS:

• We now offer paperless returns.

• For all UK returns, a £2.99 return fee will be deducted at the time we process your refund.

• Visit the HRMN8 Returns Portal at Royal Mail to create your return.

• Once you have packed your item securely, you can either print your returns label or get a QR code to show at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

• Prepaid return labels are available only for UK customers.

• All return costs from outside the UK are the responsibility of the customer.
